The impact of stress!

I launched my new Facebook page yesterday and was sifting through saved articles I’d shared through my old work page. This article I shared really made me reflect back on my own stress levels in the past and workaholic tendencies.

How we recharge and recover though is crucial for our emotional wellbeing as adults and for our children. Allow yourself time to switch off. Endless hustle leads to a drop in productivity and ultimately burnout.
