One of the most important things I urge clients to start doing is to invest in themselves. This can be as asimple as allocating a small bit of time each day to enhance wellbeing through meditating and breathwork or time out for a walk or a class. In todays hectic world it can be so easy to forget that selfcare means we can actually have more fuel left in the tank for other stuff.
