Selfcare check in time. What's your routine? I say routine because it's good to build new habits by scheduling in the TIME. Mines a whizzed up super smoothie and attempting to get strong and bendy… of which if I compare myself to the chicks on Pinterest I realise I'm neither! . Rule 1: Dont compare! Do things for you and only you. . Rule 2: Step up and be your best self . Rule 3: If you have a blip see Rules 1 and 2. . My super smoothie today is oat milk, ground almonds, an avocado, blueberries, a banana, ground cinnamon. I just wack it all in a jug and blitz it with a hand blender. If you've been feeling like sh*t from having a cold this is a great nutrient surge. High in healthy fatty acids, antioxidants and anti inflammatories. . I've been doing short vinyasa and budokon yoga shizzle at home. I have no time to get to classes so I do a workout at home plus some HIIT using a tabata timer. I get bored really easily so set myself targets to work to such as being able to do a headstand. Yoga is really powerful for connecting mind and body and is something I recommend to all my clients.
